If you want to permanently delete your Visaely account and all of your associated data, you can do so directly in the app:
- Open the Visaely app.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
What is deleted: your account, profile, visa applications, checklists, appointments, notifications and all other personal data are permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account using the button below. We will process it within 30 days.

Visaely hesabınızı ve ilişkili tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silmek istiyorsanız, bunu doğrudan uygulama içinden yapabilirsiniz:
- Visaely uygulamasını açın.
- Profil / Ayarlar bölümüne gidin.
- Hesabımı Sil seçeneğine dokunun.
- Silme işlemini onaylayın.
Silinen veriler: hesabınız, profiliniz, vize başvurularınız, kontrol listeleriniz, randevularınız, bildirimleriniz ve diğer tüm kişisel verileriniz sistemlerimizden kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Uygulamaya artık erişiminiz yoksa, hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresinden aşağıdaki butonu kullanarak silme talebi gönderin. Talebi 30 gün içinde işleme alırız.
